When you schedule an appointment we’ll verify your insurance benefits. After your visit, we’ll submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf. If a medication is prescribed, our doctors will electronically transmit your prescription thru e-prescribe services to your pharmacy.

The wet form is usually associated with severe permanent vision loss and very little effective treatment is available today. If you have risk of MD the doctor will discuss with you the best preventative measures and will implement a protocol to best monitor this condition.
